Freedom Code Compliance is a Florida private provider firm offering plan reviews, revision reviews, virtual inspections, and code compliance services under F.S. 553.791.

FCC is an AI-native private provider: its own platform (myFCC for clients) uses AI to review submitted documents and help set up projects, to pre-review plans submitted in myFCC, and to check permits ahead of inspections, and single-trade plans can be reviewed by software where F.S. 553.791(7) allows it. Licensed professionals make every plan review and inspection call.

FCC does not make clients schedule inspections ahead. A contractor requests a live inspection in the myFCC app when the work is ready and is on a video call with a licensed inspector in minutes (live requests Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm ET; offline submissions any time).

## When FCC is a fit

Primary audience: licensed Florida contractors, builders, and their permit coordinators — not homeowners shopping for a DIY permit path.

Best-fit contractors already use software in their business, or are willing to learn and adopt technology. myFCC is designed to be simple in the field on a phone, and it also has strong browser and desktop experiences for office and project-management work.

FCC does not pull permits, file permit applications, manage permit submission, or file the Notice to Building Official (NTBO). The contractor or property owner files those with the local building department. Zoning, floodplain, site, and other non-building-code reviews stay with the jurisdiction.
