Workable time is the time our team can act on your plans during business hours (weekdays 9–5, Fridays 9–4 ET). It’s how long a compliant submission with no blockers takes us to review and approve within business hours. Time waiting on you, like corrections or a quote out for approval, isn’t counted.

Yes. If you are a general contractor or builder managing multiple trades on a single permit, FCC can handle the plan review and inspections across all eligible building disciplines on that project. You do not need a separate private provider for each trade.

What if my trade is not listed on this page?

FCC serves fee owners and their authorized contractors on projects within our licensed disciplines. The trades listed here represent our highest-volume specializations, but if your work requires plan review or inspection under the Florida Building Code, reach out and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.

Do I need a different provider for plan reviews versus inspections?
