FAQ
Mobile homes: FAQs
Does FCC handle mobile home replacements?
Yes. FCC is the private provider for plan review and inspections on new mobile home sets and on replacing an existing mobile home, under F.S. 553.791. You still file the permit and NTBO.
How do mobile home inspections work?
Request the inspection in the myFCC app when the work is ready. Request a live inspection in the myFCC app and get your result before the call ends. Eligible scopes can go offline: GPS-tagged photos and video, reviewed in minutes. FCC sends inspection results to the building department and files the Certificate of Compliance once required FCC inspections pass.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for contractors at scale. Talk to sales and tell us how many permits you run a month.
