Yes. We review tile, metal, shingle, and flat roof systems. Our team is experienced with the structural considerations unique to tile installations.
What about roof-over vs. tear-off requirements?
Our plans examiners evaluate whether your project qualifies for a roof-over or requires tear-off based on Florida Building Code requirements and local amendments.
